At Wholesale Body Jewellery, we maintain strict hygiene standards for all fashion hardware; therefore, we accept returns on unworn items in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Package Securely

  Place the unopened jewellery in its original packaging and use a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier service to our warehouse address, ensuring your RA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the hygiene seals are unbroken, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
